A. We have 3 warehouses: California, New York and in the UK. We ship free of charge, to anywhere in the USA.

Q. How long before I get my shipment once my order has been placed and paid for?
A. Under normal circumstances, we ship every day at 4:00pm PST. On the holidays twice a day. It is always best to
    email us during the holiday season.

Q. What if my shirts don't fit?
A. We have a size guide, however, we can exchange them for you at no charge to reship as well.

Q. What if my shipment gets damaged during transport?
A. We replace your shipment upon receiving your shipment.

Q. If I refer a friend and they purchase, what's in it for me?
A. We give you, as a bonus of a free 100% silk shirt in any size you desire.

Q. I noticed in your description, that your JOEYJ shirts are 215mm. What's that mean?
A. MM is a form of measuring quality for silk filament.
